Produced exclusively and uniquely for you, each sweater is truly one of a kind. Upload a photo of your pet, choose your sweater colour, add your pet's name, and we'll handle everything else. Designed and made to order. A beautiful, thoughtful gift for the truly pet-obsessed.
Sizing: A standard classic fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a loose fit, we advise ordering a size up. Please see our size guide for detailed measurements.
Materials: Lightweight and breathable poly-cotton blend (55% cotton, 45% polyester).
Design: Pet artwork is designed by our team of professional pet portrait artists. Once complete, we'll send a preview for your approval. When you tell us you love it, we'll start knitting your personalized sweater! Your pet art is knitted directly into the threads of the sweater. There's no printing or embroidery - this truly is a 100% unique sweater, knitted from scratch, just for you.
Timeframes: We quote 3 weeks for knitwear orders. Typically it will take 2 weeks to produce your artwork and knit your sweater, and another week for delivery. Totalling 3 weeks. Note that knitting is done from scratch - we are not just 'adding' your pet to an existing garment. We produce our knitwear totally 1-of-1! This not only makes you the proud owner of the only piece of clothing like this in the world, but also helps us to maintain almost zero material waste!
Extra notes:
• Our knitwear allows for a maximum of 4 unique colors per garment, including your chosen garment color. We will use up to 3 unique colors to produce your pet art. This means that while we strive to capture every hair on your pet's perfect face, we may not be able to capture every single unique detail. You will of course receive a preview of the artwork for your approval and feedback before we start knitting your garment.
• Please note that any delay in your approving your artwork will lead to a longer production time.
• Please note that if you provide a pet photo that requires replacement due to low quality, it may result in a longer production time for your order.
• Every piece of knitwear is made totally custom for each customer, and so we cannot offer returns. If you do have any problems with your order please email us at support@royalandpaws.com

if you don't like your artwork, you can request changes. We'll edit the artwork and send it back to you for another look. We print once you're happy with your order.
If you don't like your item once receive, we'll redo the art and replace it free of charge.
We check all pet photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email.
Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.
Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
If you don't like your art we'll edit it free of charge until you say you love it. If you receive your order and for some reason you don't like it, we'll redo the art and replace it for you.
