Please note: at this time we do not create portraits of humans (no matter how cute you are!).

Yes you can. All customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing. You will receive a preview of your artwork in your e-mail within 1-2 working days.

This is certainly possible. You can add up to 6 pets onto one portrait when ordering. You can view our full range by clicking here.

Royal & Paws is honored to create portraits in honor of passed pets. We work with customers to find the perfect photo out of the (potentially limited) photo choices you have. Please contact us if you have any further questions at contact@royalandpaws.com.

You can change your order as long as you reach out to contact@royalandpaws.com within 24 hours of your order being placed.

After 24 hours, most changes, including address updates, can no longer be made. Please note, in some cases, changes to orders may result in shipping delays.

Yes! We appreciate modern, simple design just as much as you do. If you prefer to have the portrait designed without your pet's name, you can simply leave the "pet name" box empty.

1.) The photo must have good lighting. Preferably with natural lighting.

2.) Close up and from the front. Clear, sharp photos from the front give the best results. Photos of your pet laying down are not ideal.

3.) Avoid overhead or blurry photos.

Royal & Paws Pet Portraits are hand-illustrated by our talented digital artists. Each portrait is created using a manual & highly technical design process. We do not use filters or apps.

Skip Queue is an optional add on to push your custom portrait's artwork to the front of our artist's queue. By moving ahead in our queue, your artwork will be finished and on the way to you quicker than orders without this option, and you will receive your preview within 24 hours or less rather than the usual 2 working days.. Please note that it does not change the shipping speed or transit time.

We offer a high quality digital file of your completed artwork as an add-on to any physical product. You will receive your file digitally once your order has shipped.

Expect your artwork to be ready 1-2 days after you placed your order. We'll print and ship your order within 1-2 days of you approving your artwork.

US order delivery time: Expect your parcel to take 2-5 working days to arrive from the date it is shipped out.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe orders: Expect your parcel to take 2-7 days to arrive from the date it is shipped out.

All orders are shipping with tracking.

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+.

For orders under $100 in the USA, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.

For orders under $100 in Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries, we charge $15 flat rate shipping.

For international orders under $100, shipping is set at a flat rate of $20.

Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Although in most cases, all items will be packaged together.

As your custom artwork is designed with care and is personal to the photo you provided and your pet, we are unable to offer refunds.

However, if your order arrived damaged or the artwork isn't quite what you were expecting, let us know and we'll fix it for you.

Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing!

Due to the custom nature of these products we produce at Royal & Paws, we do not accept returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is personal to the photo you provided and your pet.

Once your portrait is ready, we'll notify you via email. You have 2 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 2 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.

We're proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you'll love your portrait.

You should expect to receive a response within a couple of hours.

During busier periods (such as holiday shopping season), please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
