Custom Pet Portraits, Mugs, & Phone Cases

Due to the personalized nature of the products created at Royal & Paws, we are unable to accept returns. Each piece of custom artwork is crafted with care and uniquely tailored to you and your pet.

If you are not satisfied with your final product, please contact us. Ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we are committed to addressing any concerns regarding your custom masterpiece.

In cases where you receive an incorrect product, size, or print, or if your order is damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it without hesitation. To qualify for a replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Order Cancellations or Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 30 minutes of placing it. After this window, cancellation and modification requests will be reviewed at our discretion, as our artists often begin working on orders immediately after they are placed.

Photo Submission Guidelines

The quality of your artwork depends on the photo you upload when placing your order. If our Photo Submission Guidelines are not followed, we cannot guarantee the desired result. It is your responsibility to provide a high-quality, clear photo that adheres to our submission standards. Low-quality images will yield suboptimal artwork.

While you may include notes with your order for special requests, certain edits (e.g., closing or opening a mouth or adding a smile) cannot be accommodated. However, we can make minor adjustments such as removing red-eye or editing eye color.

Please note that the examples displayed on our website were created using high-resolution photos. Blurry or low-quality images limit our ability to deliver the premium results showcased on the site.

Warranty

At Royal & Paws, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality and durability of our products. Please note that claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products, and with proper care, they are designed to last. If you experience any issues within the 30-day window, please contact us. As a one-time courtesy, we offer either a refund or a replacement for eligible claims.
